Refund policy
Honey and Gold 14 Days Return Policy: We will gladly refund, replace, or exchange any unused item within 14 days from the original date upon receipt. Honey and Gold cannot accept any item for return after the 14-day period.
To return an item, Notify Honey and Gold Customer service via direct E-mail at honeyandgoldjewelry@gmail.com. One of our customer service representatives will contact you. Repackage the item with its original packaging as securely as possible. Repack your item with the original tag intact (Honey and Gold will not accept any item with its tag removed). Please remember to E-mail Honey and Gold.
We recommend you use USPS UPS or FedEx for return shipment, because it enables you to tract the package in case of loss or delay. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents. Honey and Gold is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the shipping. Please make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package and send it to the original address that it came from. For security purpose, we do not want the word “diamond”, “Jewelry”, or any other high value related word written on the exterior of the package.
Refunds. Your account will be credited once Honey and Gold receive the package. Once your returned item is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance. We will deduct the shipping cost and refund the balance for the returned jewelry piece. Any Items that show signs of wear or have been resized by a jeweler other than Honey and Gold, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Customized Jewelry Refunds. All custom jewelry items sold are final. Honey and Gold does not refund for any customized jewelry items.
Special promotional jewelry sale. All jewelry items offered for sale on special promotion are final and will not be accepted for return.
